Remove a Same-As customer relationship in CertCapture

If you've created a Same-As relationship and have determined the two customers do not share all of the same exposure zones and exemption certificates, unlink them to remove the Same-As relationship. 

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, find your customer record and then select the Same-As tab.
  2. Right click the customer number you'd like to remove and select Unlink This Same-As Customer.

This unlinks the two customers, but does not undo certificate changes or restore old certificates and exposure zones. Edit or delete the certificates as needed.
