Create a Failed Uploads report in CertCapture

Create a report showing the certificate images that weren't uploaded to your CertCapture account due to an error. This usually means that the file is corrupted or formatted incorrectly. Try flattening the PDFs and uploading again.

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, go to Reports > Logistics Reports.
  2. Select Failed Uploads from the drop-down menu below Logistics Reports.
  3. Set the date range for the report.
    The default selection shows failed uploads from 30 days ago to the current date.
  4. Select Run Report.

Review the results in CertCapture, export the results to a spreadsheet, or email the report to yourself on a schedule. To resolve the errors, try flattening the PDFs and uploading again.
