Create Retail users

This article applies to:CertCapture

Create users that can add customers and collect exemption certificates in your retail locations. Retail users can be created after you create a location. Only Admin users can create Retail users.

Steps

  1. In CertCapture, go to Settings > Account Settings > Manage Users.
  2. Select Add User.
  3. Enter the user's information, and select Retail as the User Role.
  4. Select Add User Account.
