CertExpress Public is a secure landing page for your customers to add or import certificates. Share the link to this page with your customers or embed it on your website. Certificates added in CertExpress Public are uploaded to your CertCapture company, where you can validate and assign them to customers.

Steps

  1. Get a CertExpress Public link to share.
    Find your CertExpress Public link, and share it with your customers or embed it on your website.
  2. Use locations with CertExpress Public.
    Enable the Use Locations option so that your company location is associated with certificates created in CertExpress.
  3. Enable imports in CertExpress Public.
    Adjust your settings to allow customers to upload scanned copies of their exemption certificates and other tax compliance documents.
  4. Send your customer instructions.
    Your customers can add their exemption details individually, or upload scanned copies of their documents.
