If you have recently added new users or a new company in CertCapture, consider assigning multiple users to a company at once. This saves you the time of assigning users to companies individually.
- In CertCapture, go to Settings > Company Settings > Assign Users.
- Select Assign Users.
- In the Assign Users dialog box, under User Role, select a user role for the newly assigned user.
- Under Available Users, type a user name and then select that user.
You can then type another user name to add multiple users.
- Select Link User Accounts.
To unlink a user from a company, at the right next to any user's details, select Un-Assign.
