You need to know how to enroll in the automatic payment program at Avalara.
In March 2018, Avalara adopted an automatic payment policy where customers authorize Avalara to collect fees and charges by using an ACH bank debit or credit card.
Under this policy, most customers will be required to enroll in automatic payment.
- If you are not already enrolled in automatic payment in AvaTax Update:
- Click the Settings tab, then click Manage Account.
- Click the Billing menu and select Payment Methods.
- Choose Add a Credit/Debit Card and enter the required information.
